¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today. Taken on record.

¶2Heard Sri Surya Bhan Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record.

¶3Primarily, it has been contended, the learned court below has erred in rejecting the amendment application being Paper No. Ka-54 filed by the appellant in divorce case proceeding instituted by him being Case No. 892 of 2014 (Kuldeep Singh Vs. Priya Rajpoot), pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor.

¶4Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the record, we find no good ground to interfere in the present appeal.

¶5On oral submission, learned counsel for the appellant asserts, ground of second marriage performed during the subsistence of the first marriage (with the appellant sought to be made out) is being introduced by means of the amendment application. However, plainly, the transaction giving rise to such application is of the past that is of the year 1999 whereas the appellant got married to the respondent in the year 2013, 14 years thereafter.

¶6In absence of any fact allegation supporting the grounds sought to be introduced, the learned court below has not erred in rejecting the amendment application.
