And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Birendra Kumar,Dharmendra Kumar Dohare Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that against the impugned award, the petitioner has equally, efficacious alternative remedy of filing an application under section 6-H(1) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act before the Deputy Labour Commissioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the authority concerned within a period of three weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. In case such application is moved, the same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law by the authority concerned.
