¶1The instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶3The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.2 and 3 to demarcate the petitioner's land bearing Araji No.552 area 0.0240 Hectare situated in Village Gadhwa, Pargana and Tehsil Mauranipur. II). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated

19.7.2022 within stipulated period."

¶4On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that by an order dated 25.10.2022, application for demarcation filed by the petitioner under Section 24 has been rejected. This fact has not been disclosed in the writ petition.

¶5In any view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, it is provided that in case, the petitioner files an appeal against the order dated

25.10.2022, the same shall be decided by the appellate court in accordance with law.
