¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "A) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 2 for to evict the any encroached Khata No. 53 Area 0.182 Hectare as property of petitioner in the revenue record situated in Village-Bhagwanpur Chakmara, Pargana-Barsathi, Tehsil-Mariyahu, District-Jaunpur, with immediate effect. B) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the application dated 11.09.2023 and 10.10.2023 pending before him."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that from the perusal of the prayer of the writ petition as well as the representation made by the petitioner, it appears that petitioner has dispute with private respondent nos. 4 and 6 and in the garb of this writ petition, the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
