This petition has been filed with the prayer to command respondents to conclude the investigation in a fair and impartial manner in Case Crime No.11 of 2023 under Sections 452, 376 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gonda, District Aligarh, expeditiously. The allegation levelled in the F.I.R. is with regard to offence under Sections 452, 376 and 506 I.P.C. Almost ten months have expired since then. It is submitted that petitioner has moved applications before the concerned Magistrate but no progress has taken place and the proceedings are pending in the matter. Learned A.G.A. states that grievance raised by the petitioner shall be examined by second respondent. In the facts of the case, we direct the second respondent to examine the petitioner's grievance and to ensure that investigation is held in fair and impartial manner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
