¶1Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel appearing for P.D.A. states that P.D.A. has no concern with the dispute as railway under-bridge is being constructed by Railways and widening of road is being undertaken by P.W.D.

¶2Sri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on instructions states that P.W.D. also has no concern nor it is undertaking widening of the road.

¶3As the Railways is not a party to the instant proceedings, therefore, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioners.
