The prayer made in writ petition to quash the F.I.R. in Case Crime No.0135 of 2023 under Sections 366, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Raipura, District Chitrakoot is not liable to be entertained inasmuch as the victim has been enticed on 22.10.2023 by the accused persons in which the role of the petitioners have also surfaced. The victim has, till date, not been traced out/recovered. The exact role played by the petitioners or their defence is not required to be considered while entertaining the petition instituted with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. Since prima facie allegations of commissioning of cognizable offence are clearly disclosed in the F.I.R., we decline the prayer made to quash the F.I.R. Writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
