¶1Affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3The instant writ petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent Authorities (1 to 3) to ensure fair and speedy investigation and also arrest the respondent no.4 in pursuance of FIR dated 30.01.2023, being FIR No.47 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station-New Agra, District-Agra.

¶4It is admitted to the counsel for the petitioner that two of the accused in the FIR lodged by the petitioner have been arrested and that proceedings for the arrest of absconding two accused are already under process.

¶5Under the circumstances, this petition has been rendered manifestly infructuous. It is dismissed as such with observations that the proceedings on the FIR filed by the petitioner including the investigation thereon, be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
