¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner pending before Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sasni, District Hathras within short stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

¶3Contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the Lekhpal has submitted a wrong report, against which, the petitioner moved a representation. On being asked, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that no proceedings are pending against the petitioner.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5As and when, any proceedings are initiated against the petitioner, the petitioner will have liberty to file objections.
