Grievance is that though a first information report has been got registered in the month of April, 2023 in Case Crime No.171 of 2023 under Section 363 IPC and 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station-Baberu, District-Banda, but till date investigation has not been concluded and no action has otherwise been taken against the accused persons. Learned AGA states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent. In the facts of the case, we dispose off this writ petition with a direction upon the second respondent to ensure that a fair investigation is got concluded in the matter, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
