¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Tehsildar, Shahganj, Jaunpur as respondent no. 7 during course of the day.

¶2In compliance of the earlier order of this Court, instruction dated

4.12.2023 is placed before the Court by learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha, which are taken on record.

¶3Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha, on the basis of instruction submitted that proceedings under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been registered as Case No. T202214360104095 before Tehsildar, Shahganj, Jaunpur.

¶4In view of the registration of the case under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the persons who are in possession over the instant writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no. 7, Tehsildar, Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide aforementioned case under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously after according proper opportunity of hearing the parties within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the Tehsildar, respondent no. 7.
