¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

04.11.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Head of the Divisional Office of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Division Varanasi.

¶2Against the said order, the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the Head of the Divisional Office, which is still pending. The representation has been submitted in accordance with the liberty given to the petitioner by the impugned order dated

04.11.2023.

¶3As the representation of the petitioner against the impugned order is still pending before the Divisional Office, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
