¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken by the District Magistrate, District Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi on the application dated 18.09.2019 filed by the petitioner for claiming compensation for the death of his father in a road accident on 24.01.2019. The application has been filed under the Mukhyamantri Kishan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojna.

¶2It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, District Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by him, compensation shall be disbursed to him within the next period of one month.
