¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Pranesh Dutt Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 & 3.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at the very outset has submitted that petitioner does not want to press this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
