This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to conduct fair investigation in Case Crime No.0252 of 2023, under Sections 147, 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Saiya, District-Agra. Learned AGA points out that FIR has been lodged only on 2nd November, 2023, and there is no unusual delay in conclusion of the investigation. In the facts of the case, we find substance in the objection raised by learned AGA. Even otherwise, in the event, petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation conducted in the matter, his remedy would be to approach the Magistrate in terms of Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
