¶1Compliance affidavit has been filed today which is taken on record.

¶2Vide para 6 of the affidavit, it has been averred that Chief Medical Officer, Fatehpur has made recommendation to the higher authority and the Director General, Medical and Health Services has written letter in this regard to the Special Secretary (Department of Health), Government of U.P.

¶3Since now the matter is engaging attention of the higher authorities, petitioner shall be permitted to work in the office of Chief Medical Officer where he has been attached and he shall be paid salary till final decision is taken in the matter.
