We are not inclined to consider the petitioner's prayer for issuing any direction to the investigating authorities to conclude the investigation in Case Crime No.0416 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506, 328, 302, 342 IPC, Police Station-Bita-2, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, at this stage, since the FIR itself has been lodged in August, 2023 and there is no undue delay in conclusion of investigation. Even otherwise, in the event, petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the investigating authorities, the remedy available to the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate for necessary directions in the matter. It goes without saying that in case, such an approach is made, the concerned court shall do the needful. Subject to the observations made above, this petition is consigned to records.
