¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the respondent no.3 in case no. 2406 of 2020 computerized case no. T202007320502406 Atul Omar Vs. Smt. Munni and others u/s 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure no.4 to the writ petition) and the impugned order dated 24.6.2023 passed by the respondent no.2 in case no.18 of 2023 computerized case no. C202307000000018 Anoop Sahu and another Vs. Atul Omar and another (Anexure no.6 to the writ petition)."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing second appeal before the competent authority.

¶4In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
