Applicants have filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to challenge the criminal complaint bearing number 21 of 2017 filed by opposite party no.2 under Sections 452, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. and 3(1)10 SC/ST Act, which is pending adjudication before Special Judge S.C./ST Act, Bareilly. Sri Madan Singh, learned advocate holding brief of Sri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, learned counsel prays that the case be adjourned, however, prayer made in this application, wherein only the complaint filed by respondent no.2 bearing number 21 of 2017 on 29th January, 2016 has been challenged. This Court does not find any reason to adjourn the case, as the summoning order dated 6th July, 2017 has not been challenged.
