This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the first information report dated 4.11.2023 registered as Case Crime No.654 of 2023 under Sections 493, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Mauranipur, District-Jhansi, wherein the allegation is that while the informant was having her bath, the accused prepared her nude video and by blackmailing her, subjected her to sexual assault. Petitioner's defence that relationship was consensual is an aspect to be examined at the stage of investigation. We would not be justified in drawing inferences from the materials annexed along with the petition nor can we draw our conclusion based upon the defence set up by the petitioner. Leaving all issues open for examination at the stage of investigation, this petition filed with the prayer to quash the FIR is dismissed.
