Dharmendra and others) under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 307, 392 I.P.C., Police Station-Jony, District-Meerut pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Meerut within time stipulated by this Court. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial of aforesaid case expeditiously as early as possible subject to full co-operation by the applicant, if there is no other legal impediment.
