¶1Heard Sri Vinay Bhushan Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Kartikey Saran, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 and Sri Hridaya Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

¶2Undisputedly, money was advanced by the private non banking financial institution corporation. In the context of the dispute that has arisen between the parties with respect to repayment of that amount, the dispute remains a private dispute, not involving the State.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable, it is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail his remedy wherever they lie.
