¶1Heard Shri Virendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.C. Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Raja Talab, District-Varanasi/respondent no. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 17.08.2023 which is pending before him, within reasonable time.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already represented his case through representation but till date, the same has not been redressed.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration.

¶5Considering the the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.3-Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Raja Talab, District-Varanasi to consider and decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 17.08.2023 strictly in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
