¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil-Lalganj, District Azamgarh to provide/issue the current revenue record of the purchased Area 226.8 sq.mt. in Arazi No.268, Area 0.6380 hectare, situated at Village Chiutahara, Police Station-Mehnajpur, District Azamgarh in the name of petitioner as an agricultural tenure holder in pursuance of the registered sale deed dated 7.4.2012 and mutation order dated 24.10.2013, within some stipulated period or as directed by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.3 and 4 to pass the reasoned and speaking order upon the 20.10.2023 and 30.10.2023 within some stipulated period."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that there is no averment in the writ petition that the petitioner ever applied for certified copy of the order and the same was refused or not given to the petitioner.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, it is provided that in case the petitioner files such an application for issuance of certified copy of the revenue records the same may be considered and issued to the petitioner in case there is no other impediment.
