Ravi Gupta and others, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for applicants states that parties have settled the dispute and in this regard, he has produced the order dated 18.1.2023 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1884 of 2021.
