¶1The petitioners have by prayer no. 1 prayed that the statement of account be provided to the petitioners.

¶2Sri K.M. Asthana, learned counsel appearing for the Bank states that if the petitioners apply for the statement of account then the same shall be provided. Learned counsel for the Bank further states that if the petitioners come up with a fresh proposal for a One Time Settlement then that shall also be considered.

¶3Under such circumstances, we direct if the petitioners apply for the statement of account the same shall be provided within a period of one week and also if the petitioners submit their proposal for a One Time Settlement then the same shall be considered within a period of two weeks of the submission.
