¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Asthana, learned counsel for petitioners and perused the record.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer to expedite the hearing of Case No. 247/ 414+2179/ 1176+368+496, Computerized No. 20235047486601010268 (Madan Pal and others vs. State of U.P.), under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.

¶3According to documents available with writ petition, it appears that matter is at the stage of recording of evidence.
