¶1Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

¶2The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

¶3Any certified copy annexed alongwith this writ petition be returned back to petitioner on an application filed in this regard.
