¶1Heard Shri Vipin Chandra Pandey (AOR No.A/V 0435/2012) holding brief of Shir Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A. Issue a order or direction to learned Civil Judge (S.D.), District Farrukhabad to decide the Original Case No.183 of 2021 (Smt. Tausif Begum Vs. Smt. Mumtaz Begum and others) within stipulated period as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper as expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment or fixed the period for disposal of the instant case."

¶3It appears that the petitioner filed the aforesaid Original Suit No.183 of 2021 in the court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Farrukhabad seeking a decree of cancellation of a Will-deed dated 24.05.2003 and a sale-deed dated

11.11.2014 and further for a permanent and mandatory injunction. It appears that on 25.08.2023, the issues were framed by the trial court and on the same day,

15.09.2023 was fixed for disposal of the issue nos.3 and 4.

¶4It appears from the record that the trial court is duly proceeding with the matter. As such, no interference is called for in this petition.

¶5This petition is, therefore, dismissed.
