¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to court below for early decision of Criminal Case No. 1204 of 2023 (State Vs. Akhilesh Singh Kushwaha), arising out of Case Crime No. 48 of 2022, under Section 323, 406, 420, 468, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Kasya District Kushinagar, pending in the court of learned Civil Judge(S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, Kushinagar, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned Civil Judge(S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, Kushinagar to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
