¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Solitary grievance of the petitioner is, long pendency of Original Application No. 330/00002 of 2018 (Utkarsh Srivastava and Others Vs. Union of India and Others) before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad.

¶3While no positive direction may be issued to the Tribunal to decide the above case in a fixed time frame, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad for expeditious disposal of the abovementioned case.
