1.List revised. No one appears to press the writ petition on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears for the State-respondents.

¶2While passing the order dated 28.11.2023, the precise objection taken by Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel was that earlier notices were issued to the petitioner's father on 21.07.2009, 20.03.2010 and

31.07.2010 to submit response but no objection was filed and eventually the lease was cancelled way back on 31.03.2011, and on the said date, it was requested that at this belated stage, no relief can be extended to the petitioner. He submits that the writ petition is devoid of merit and it is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.

¶3Considering the factual aspect of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, both the above noted the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Order Date :- 6.12.2023 NLY High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
