The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Imran @ Chhotu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2019, under Sections 302/34, 352/34, 504/34 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District-Bijnor, during pendency of trial. From the status report of trial court, it shows that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. This Court does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months.
