¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 2913 of 2023, Computerized Case No. D202302030002913 (Sagar Singh and others Vs. Satyam Shivam and others) filed under Section 70 of the U.P. Co-operative Society Act, 1965 pending in the court of District Magistrate, District Prayagraj.

¶2Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, District-Prayagraj to decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
