This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the investigating agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation pursuant to First Information Report registered as Case Crime No.300 of 2023, under Sections 307, 120B IPC, Police Station Badlapur, District Jaunpur. The petition appears to be misconceived inasmuch as the FIR itself has been lodged only on 15.10.2023 and hardly any time has passed and, therefore, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction. Even otherwise, petitioner has remedy of approaching the concerned Magistrate if he has any grievance with regard to investigation.
