¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ranjeet Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his representation dated 15.09.2023 be considered and decided by the second respondent i.e. District Magistrate - Jhansi expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent i.e. District Magistrate - Jhansi to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
