¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide restoration application in Case No.686/2023 Computerized Case No.T201802030401963 (Rajaram Vs. Yaad Ali) within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3The contention of learned Counsel for the petitioners is that a restoration application has been filed in a mutation proceedings by the respondent no.6, which is pending and no orders have been passed. The petitioners have not appeared in the restoration proceedings and has filed writ petition for expediting the proceedings.
