This petition has been filed by the plaintiff of plaint of Original Suit No. 1090 of 2016 (Smt. Ram Murti Versus Srichandra), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shikohabad, District Firozabad. It appears the aforesaid suit was filed for specific performance of contract. A perusal of the order sheet reflects that on 2.5.2023, the next date fixed was 4.7.2023 for filing of an additional written statement. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2016 and the issues are yet to be framed, the trial court is required to proceed with the matter for framing of issues expeditiously and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
