Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for being accorded compassionate appointment. Sri Ojha on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is under process and it shall be decided by all possibilities in the month of January, 2024. Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Prayagraj to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment and the pass orders by 30.1.2024.
