Applicants being accused have approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the impugned summoning order dated 4.9.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (D.A.A.), Mainpuri in Special Trial No. 45 of 2023, titled Chandra Prakash Singh Vs. Arvind Rathore and others, under Section 395 I.P.C., Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri. Since the impugned summoning order is reviseable, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise the inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The application fails and is dismissed.
