The writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for allotment of fair price shop in view of the orders dated 16.02.2023 and 19.07.2023, with a further prayer to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2023 and ensure the production of entire requisite records in respect of allotment of fair price shop of Gram Panchayat Khatripar, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that after the communication letter dated 19.07.2023 whereby the petitioner was found eligible for allotment of fair price shop in question, a complaint was made, on which, an enquiry has been held and concluded after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ghosi, District Mau, to pass final orders on the basis of enquiry, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and inform the result of the same to the petitioner.
