¶1Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.D.Rajbhar, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2Km. Vibha Gautam, the corpus is present in person, produced by Sri Nand Lal Kushwaha, S.I., Police Station Phoolpur, District Varanasi (identified by Sri Ajay Kumar Singh Yadav, Advocate). Smt. Nageena Devi wife of Pramod Kumar, resident of Lalpur Jalalpur, Jaunpur is also present in person.

¶3Km.Vibha Gautam reiterated the same story as already noted down in the order dated 09.11.2023. It is apprised this Court that for the time being she has been lodged in a women protection home at Varanasi. She was brought from Gujrat before that. The corpus states that she is major and has not been under any unlawful restraint or detention by opposite party nos.4, 5 and 6. She is doing job at Gujrat.

¶4Admittedly no F.I.R. has been lodged in this case and only a missing report is there.

¶5In view of statement given by her in open court, no case for action in this habeas corpus writ petition is made out. Therefore, it is is dismissed. Order Date :- 6.12.2023 Asha High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
