The grievance of the petitioner appears to be about non maintenance of the petitioner by her estranged husband. This does not appear to be a matter that really arises out of the Employer and employee relationship between the petitioner's husband, respondent no. 4 and his Employer, respondent nos. 2 and 3. It cannot be said to be a service matter. The petitioner would have remedies elsewhere, but not by a writ petition seeking a direction to the Employer to ensure payment of maintenance.The writ petition is dismissed as misconceived.
