Meenu vs. Sohanveer and another), under Sections 323 and 377 I.P.C., P.S. Singhawali Aheer, district-Baghpat. When confronted with the maintainability of the petition as the impugned order taking cognizance of the alleged offences under Section 190(1)(b) Code of Criminal Procedure is revisable, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this petition to avail the alternative remedy. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Certified copy, if any, be returned to learned counsel for the applicant on his supplying the photostat copy of the same.
