¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2In this matter as since incomplete instructions had been given to learned AGA, SHO, Dhoomanganj was required to be present in person. He has appeared before the Court and has submitted that after investigation, a charge-sheet was forwarded for approval and that the same, after due approval, has been filed in the Court of ACJM-9, Prayagraj yesterday i.e., on 05.12.2023 at 04:00 PM.

¶3The instant writ petition seeks direction for fair and transparent investigation.
