Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i. To issue a direction to Civil Judge,(Senior division), Bulandshahar to decide the Civil Suit No. 345 of 2018 ( Vinod and others Vs. smt. Saroj Devi and others) within the stipulated period." It appears that the plaintiffs-respondents has filed a suit against the petitioner and others for cancellation of sale deed dated 7.3.2018. It is stated that the issues were framed on 18.1.2020, but the suit is yet to be decided. A perusal of the order sheet reflects that the case is being listed for evidence that is cross examination of PW-1. Under the circumstances, since the case is duly proceeding, no interference is called for and this petition is, therefore, dismissed.
