Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners. This petition has been filed for a direction to the court to expedite Original Suit No. 105 of 2020 (Mahendra Singh and others Vs. Smt. Kamala Devi and others), pending before the court of Civil Judge ( J.D.), Chandausi, district Sambhal. It appears that the aforesaid suit was filed by the plaintiff-respondents against the petitioners which is stated to be pending since the year 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate whether the issues have been framed in the suit or not. Be that as it may, in case the notices and summons are duly served and written statements are on record, the trial court is expected to proceed to frame the issues in the matter without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties subject to availability of time and provided there is no legal impediment.
