At the very outset, Sri Rajani Singh, advocate (A/R 0849/2018), holding brief of Shri Pavan Kishore seeks to withdraw the present petition wherein challenges is being to the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the Joint Director of Education (M), Division Varanasi with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
