¶1Heard Shri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash impugned order dated 21.01.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.15 of 2022 (Basant Nain and another Vs. Sat Singh and another) and summoning order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Complaint Case No.2010 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 307 IPC, Police Station Khekra, District Baghpat, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Session Judge / F.T.C.-01, Baghpat.

¶3At the outset, Shri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, applicant Sat Singh died, therefore, the cause of this application has lost its efficacy.
