¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No.1 & 4 and Sri Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 & 3.

¶2Petitioner through this writ petition has challenged the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Chandauli, whereby petitioner's services have been placed under suspension in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though initially tried to point out irregularities in the suspension order dated

12.10.2023 but later on has confined his prayer for expeditious conclusion of disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner.

¶4Sri Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 & 3 does not have any objection if a direction is issued by this court thereby commanding the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

¶5In view of the aforesaid reasons, this writ petition is finally disposed of with direction to disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of service of certified copy of this order. Petitioner is directed to cooperate in the disciplinary proceedings.

¶6It is further provided that if within the period of three months disciplinary proceedings are not concluded, petitioner's suspension shall be revoked and he shall be reinstated in service. Order Date :- 6.12.2023 Salim High Court of Judicature at Allahabad High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
